Ningbo Bluegulf Sanitary Wares Co.,Ltd is one of the most professional manufacturer, specialized in research, development and production of shower enclosure, shower cabin, bathtub, shower panel, and shower tray. It was established in 1998 and located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, with convenient port and transportation access. We are driving the rapid growth that is cooperating with partners in Austrlia, Europe, America, South America and Middle East. We create and build exceptionally engineered sanitary ware's technology, but we are much more than a producer. And we are also rich in equipment, we have a strong team respectively working on R&D, moulds making, technical processing and quality control. Each working area we will provide the corresponding equipments and with skillful employees. We have our own professional mould workshop, open mould is according to drawings, check and maintain mould to achieve the best condition for production. Our skilled operators use advanced machines for vacuum form, most works are operated by machine automatically. Meanwhile, the operator will check temperature with thermometer gun to adjust the best time for heating and forming, and check every shell after cooling and make records for every procedure. We built professonal room for fiberglass reinforce, all reinforce works will be operated by semi-autmatical spray gun and hand, which are comply with the strict standard. We have the cutting equipment with advanced dust removal system. And also have professional machine for metal material, we could handle quality by ourselves. Otherwise, we built some special worktables for shower enclosure assembling which make the assembling more effective and standardized. In addition to have the complete production process, we also have one professional QC team which followed strict inspection standard.
