Shandong Wensheng Glass Co.,Ltd. established in 2001,with registered capital of two million, who is a company specializes in glass deep processing working. Our mainly products are tempered glass, laminated Glass, insulated glass, fire-resistant glass and bullet-proof glass. We have More than 200 employees, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. Our deep processing equipments includes 2442 horizontal tempered glass production line, three LBP1800 automatic vertical flat insulation glass processing line, one set automatic glass cutting machine, one double sides edge grinding machine, four butyl layer coating machines, six bi-components coating machines, three insulation glass edge grinding machines, two glass straight line edging machines, two irregular shape glass edge grinding machines, one glass straight line beveling machine, one large glass sand blasting machine, one glass laminating autoclaves and five delivery trucks. Laminated glass is produced by bonding two or more layers of glass together by means of a special plasticised interlayer, polyvinyl butyral (PVB).This interlayer, after processing under controlled heat and pressure conditions, assumes a similar refractive index to the glass-consequently having no adverse effects upon light transmission-and at the same time, absorbing over 99% of the harmful ultraviolet rays found in natural sunlight. The excellent bond strength of the PVB to glass serves to maintain the integrity of the laminate in the event of deliberate or accidental damage, whilst also preventing penetration through the assembly.
